Prof. Sai Kishore Ravi visited Jilin University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Jinan University, fostering research collaborations
Prof. Sai Kishore Ravi completed a week-long visit to Mainland China, engaging with collaborators at Jilin University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Jinan University. The visit featured insightful discussions and tours of state-of-the-art research facilities, providing an opportunity to explore the cutting-edge work being conducted at these institutions.
The focus of the discussions was on ongoing collaborative projects in areas such as artificial photosynthesis and the development of sustainable materials for water-energy technologies, which opened new avenues for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
As a representative of the School of Energy and Environment (City University of Hong Kong), Prof. Ravi shared insights about CityUHK’s postgraduate programs with students and faculty, promoting potential academic exchanges and future collaboration.
Additionally, in his role as Editor-in-Chief of Energy Technology (Wiley), Prof. Ravi discussed the journal’s focus and upcoming special issues, encouraging high-quality submissions from researchers at these leading institutions. The visit reinforced strong ties with key partners in Mainland China.
